About our Managing Member

Our managing member, Doug George, has a Master of Business Administration degree and holds credentials as a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Valuation Analyst. Doug is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Doug has also been in private industry for the last 30 years as a Staff Accountant, Assistant Controller, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer. In keeping with the AICPA, NACVA, and the State Board of Accountancy requirements, Doug receives additional training every year to keep up with the latest developments in business and accounting.
